PHE, present in Italy since 2017 through Autodis Italia (from the union of OVAM, RICAUTO (RTS), TOPCAR (RTS), expanded in 2018 with the entry of GGROUP and in 2021 of CIDA Auto Components), is the leader in independent automotive parts distribution across the entire Italian territory.

Autodis Italia comprises 19 subsidiary distributors and 7 independent distribution sites. The 26 distribution sites are spread across northern, central, and southern Italy, developing the projects of the AD Service and G Service Networks in Italy (nearly 1,000 independent repairers).

To complete the offer, there are bodywork centers spread across the territory, covering a total area of 15,000 m², housing more than 50,000 references, ensuring tailor-made solutions for every repairer's needs.

Furthermore, Autodis Italia develops its own brand, Xenergy (a division of Xmaster), which offers more than 30 product families and 5,000 references, as well as technical training, the sale of equipment, and services to workshops through its Xmaster division.

Autodis Italia achieves consolidated revenue of over €350 million.
