Patronage
Since December 2022, PHE has been a patron of the Démos program alongside the Philharmonie de Paris.
DÉMOS (Musical and orchestral education system with a social vocation) offers learning of classical music in an orchestra to children who do not have, for economic, geographical and social reasons, easy access to this practice in existing institutions.
By encouraging self-improvement but also teamwork, Démos carries the values embodied on a daily basis by PHE employees: humility, commitment, kindness, high standards, in the service of collective success.
Convincing results.
The Démos teams are conducting evaluation studies of the program in several regions: Paris, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis, Aisne, Grenoble, and Marseille. The results show that the Démos program has not only fostered musical awareness but also cultural openness and has facilitated the professional integration of the participants.
PHE has committed to a sponsorship approach to embed the company in its desire to assume its social and environmental responsibility.
Our aim is to be not only a local economic player present throughout the territory but also to contribute to a large-scale social and educational project in close collaboration with national and local institutions.
