Automotive maintenance and repair are constantly adapting to technological developments (driving assistance system, access to manufacturer data, etc.) and environmental issues (eco-maintenance, re-use parts for example). PHE is actively involved in professional federations with the ambition of defending and promoting affordable and sustainable mobility for all motorists.
Equipment manufacturers
PHE obtains its supplies from the main equipment manufacturers in the automotive industry. The Group forms long-term partnerships with them. Thanks to these privileged relationships, PHE has a very large product catalog (mechanical and body parts, garage equipment, tools, tires, paint and consumables) immediately available and stored in its logistics centers.
Mechanic repairers and body repairers
PHE adapts to the market structures of each country and sells its products either directly to repairers or via intermediary wholesalers. Thanks to its logistical power, PHE offers its repair customers the best part at the best price with deliveries up to 6 times per day. In each of its markets, PHE develops and runs repair networks with a strong reputation (AD, Autoprimo, 1,2,3 Autoservice, etc.) with members recognized for their quality of service and their technical skills.
Major accounts
PHE deploys solutions adapted to key account customers and partner networks, whether they have integrated or franchised points of sale. In France, Autodistribution offers products and a logistics service meeting the needs of each major account: single pricing based on a reference, local logistics service via distributors, support in terms of IT, technological development or storage and logistics capacities, etc. Teams dedicated to each major account provide tailor-made support.
Insurers, brokers and fleets
Insurers and brokers are prescribers who direct their customers or members towards the Group's maintenance or repair networks. For example, in France, the AD Network can rely on more than 30 prescribers who contribute to the development of members’ turnover. PHE sets up contracts and framework agreements with automobile fleet managers. These fleets can access repair networks operated by PHE subsidiaries.
