AUTODISTRIBUTION: Simplified joint stock company with a registered capital of € 69,679,124 and its registered office at 22, avenue Aristide Briand – 94110 ARCUEIL, registered with the CRETEIL B Trade Registry under number 962 227 351.
GROUPE AUTODISTRIBUTION: a group of companies owned either directly or indirectly by AUTODISTRIBUTION, within the meaning of articles L.233-1 and following of the Commercial Code. Individually a company in this Group is referred to as “Subsidiary Distributor”.
Independent members: member companies of the AUTODISTRIBUTION central purchasing office with no link to the capital of AUTODISTRIBUTION.
Autodistribution Distributor: indifferently the Subsidiary Distributor or the Independent Member.
Repairer(s): individually a garage, a body repair garage whether or not a member of the mechanic networks AD, Autoprimo, Staff Auto or AD bodywork, a client of the AUTODISTRIBUTION Group and of members of the latter. The repairer is a structure or legal entity carrying out its activities independently and without any link to the capital of AUTODISTRIBUTION or of entities in the AUTODISTRIBUTION Group.
