The Group's distribution brands support the activity of repairers in all markets.

For almost 40 years, they have been running independent multi-brand repair networks. 

In total, 10 garage concepts with different positions bring together around 6,800 workshops.

PHE builds relationships of trust with network members thanks to governance that brings together distributors and repairers. 

The Group helps repairers innovate, train, digitalize and develop their activities.

 Each distributor also supports repairers in the transformations of the profession and in anticipation of new repair challenges (on-board electronics, access to manufacturer data, electrification of the vehicle fleet, parts from the circular economy, etc.).

 

 

Concretely, the networks run by PHE subsidiaries benefit from services and supports to develop their activities:

The Millenium program in Spain or the AD Institute in France train automotive professionals to market developments and the requirements of new technologies.

Each year, 1,400 mechanical repairers or bodywork repairers are trained by the AD Institute.

Diag Assistance by Grup Eina is a multi-brand repair help hotline.

This repair assistance is based on a library of resolved faults of more than 1.5 million recorded cases.

Diag assistance, via pass-through and Diag Remote Assistance, also offers a remote support service for certain diagnostic operations.

These remote operations make the daily life of repairers easier and allow them to save precious time and reduce vehicle downtime.

The digitalization of the motorist customer journey.

In 2012, PHE launched the idGarages.com site, which is today the leader in comparing online quotes and making appointments. It brings nearly 8 million euros per year in turnover to more than 4,000 partner repairers. 

The AD Network has developed its website for making appointments and quotes online with the ad.fr site. The site has experienced double-digit growth in the number of meetings for several years.
 

 

 

The development of the reputation of repair networks, thanks to television or digital advertising campaigns, contributes to their attractiveness.
