Our professions

PHE employs 9,500 people across all its subsidiaries.

Joining PHE means participating in the entrepreneurial adventure of a growing Group, made up of around twenty different professions.

PHE brings together a wide diversity of profiles in trades (commercial sector manager, network facilitator, salesperson, etc.), technical workshops (heavy-duty mechanic, maintenance technician, etc.), logistics (delivery driver, warehouse worker, etc.), purchasing (category manager), support functions, digital and IT (project manager, traffic manager, etc.).

Skills development

PHE attaches great importance to developing the skills of its collaborators.

In 2022, AD Produits Lourds launched its training in maintenance and repair of industrial vehicles.

The objective is to encourage young people to become mechanics for utility and industrial vehicles and enable them to find their first job throughout the country.

The training offered by AD Weight Lourds is deployed in partnership with Issac de l’Etoile in Poitiers, a reference school in professional training. It issues a professional qualification certificate for expert after-sales technician for commercial and industrial vehicles at BAC+2 level.

This free and paid professionalization contract training is aimed at all students with a professional baccalaureate in mechanics or equivalent.

In 2023, the PHE group invested €6.5 million in training, particularly through the PHE Academy. The PHE Academy offers collaborators tailor-made training on various themes: commerce, logistics, management, security and even product technology. It trains nearly 4,000 collaborators each year.

In 2024, the Group is launching three internal promotions welcoming work-study students and new collaborators with the aim of training them in its professions and methods. Participants will be able to obtain a Professional Qualification Certificate recognized on the market.

Training and integration of young people

PHE strives to develop the attractiveness of automotive after-sales professions through recruitment campaigns and welcoming young people as soon as they enter the job market.

More than 200 work-study students join the Group to learn a job.
