The ethics charter, approved in 2018, formalizes these principles and applies to all employees, regardless of their role or location.

It defines rules of conduct regarding compliance with laws, anti-corruption efforts, equal treatment, employee protection, conflict of interest management, and confidentiality. It also promotes constructive social dialogue, fair selection of partners, and responsible use of the Group’s resources. Furthermore, PHE is committed to protecting the environment and ensuring the health and safety of all. 

This charter serves as a key reference framework for ethical decision-making in daily operations, strengthening trust with all stakeholders.
