The historical birthplace of Parts Holding Europe (PHE) is France. In 1962, independent distributors came together to obtain better purchasing conditions and offer automobile spare parts at the best prices to their repair customers.

This alliance of entrepreneurs was based on a culture of excellence and common values which today constitute the foundation of the Group.

From 2016, PHE is accelerating its international development by investing in countries bordering France. The Group is today a major player in the consolidation of the automotive after-sales sector in Western Europe.

When PHE establishes itself in a country, its ambition is to become number 1 or number 2. The Group now generates a third of its turnover internationally and two thirds in France.
